Our Membership is for clients who want preferred pricing and priority handling when placing orders or requesting assistance.

  • What Membership Provides

    Membership allows you to:

    • Purchase at member pricing — lower than publicly listed retail prices
    • Receive priority handling for inquiries, quotations, and order coordination
    • Request private sourcing support for items that are rare or not currently in our selection at preferential concierge rates
    • Receive curated recommendations on request

    All products, pricing, and services are offered on a curated, request-based basis and are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Membership Fee

    ₱5,000 per year

    • Annual enrollment
    • Non-transferable

    Membership is reviewed annually and may be discontinued at Barrels & Beyond PH’s discretion.

  • Order & Pricing Guidelines

    • ₱10,000 minimum order applies where purchases are offered
    • Certain products may be available only through curated bundles or private requests
    • Member pricing is private and not displayed publicly

  • Private Sourcing (By Request)

    If an item is rare, allocated, seasonal, or not currently available in our selection, members may request private sourcing at preferential concierge rates.
