Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern use of barrelsandbeyondph.com and orders, sourcing requests, memberships and trade dealings with Barrels & Beyond PH (“BBPH,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By using the website or submitting an order or request, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from the website.

Eligibility and alcohol

You must have legal capacity to enter into a transaction. Alcoholic products are not sold to persons under 18. We may request valid identification and refuse, cancel or withhold delivery when age or identity cannot be reasonably verified.

Catalogue information

We take reasonable care with titles, images, vintages, formats, descriptions and prices. Supplier information, packaging, labels and vintages may change. Images are illustrative unless expressly identified as the exact unit offered. If a material detail changes, we will inform you before billing or fulfilment and obtain approval where appropriate.

Website availability is not a guarantee that a product has been allocated. Some products are supplied from recognized partner stock or sourced after order review. We do not use the phrase “Available to order” as a stock guarantee.

Orders, review and acceptance

You may add listed products to the cart and complete checkout normally. The post-checkout page and first email mean only that BBPH received the order for review. They do not confirm availability, allocation, final price, delivery charge or acceptance, and they are not a request for payment.

BBPH reviews the order and may contact you about missing information, availability, alternatives, corrections, delivery charges or timing. The order is accepted when BBPH sends the billing invoice or otherwise expressly confirms acceptance in writing. BBPH may decline or cancel an order before acceptance because of unavailability, pricing or listing error, legal or delivery restrictions, suspected fraud, supplier limitation or another reasonable operational issue.

If an item is unavailable, we may suggest an alternative. We will not substitute a materially different product, vintage, size or price without your approval.

Minimum orders

Unless BBPH confirms another arrangement in writing, the minimum merchandise order is ₱10,000 for non-members and ₱5,000 for eligible private-client members, excluding delivery charges. Membership eligibility and benefits are subject to the current membership terms.

Prices, taxes and billing

Prices shown on the website may be reviewed before acceptance. The billing invoice states the confirmed products, quantities, prices, applicable VAT or tax treatment, discounts, delivery charges and total. If the confirmed total differs materially from the checkout display, we will request your approval before payment.

Obvious pricing, description or calculation errors do not bind BBPH before they are corrected and accepted. You may decline the corrected order before payment.

Payment

The customer chooses from the payment methods made available at checkout or on the billing invoice. Payment details shown after checkout must not be treated as an instruction to pay before the billing invoice is sent.

Your order has been received. We will email your billing invoice together with the available payment options. Once payment has been made, please reply to the billing invoice email with your proof of payment. Thank you.

Unless BBPH agrees otherwise in writing, full payment must be verified before stock is reserved, sourcing begins or an order is released. A payment is not verified merely because a screenshot or transfer instruction is submitted. BBPH may request the order number, payer name, amount, date and payment reference to reconcile payment.

Delivery and customer-arranged shipping

BBPH offers paid delivery within Metro Manila only. We do not offer free delivery. For destinations outside Metro Manila, the customer must arrange and pay for an acceptable third-party carrier after coordinating handover with BBPH. The Shipping Policy forms part of these Terms.

Returns, refunds and cancellations

Change-of-mind returns and refunds are not offered. Remedies remain available where BBPH is responsible for a defective, damaged, misdescribed, expired or incorrectly supplied product or where applicable law requires a remedy. The Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.

Private-client, trade and sourcing services

Membership, trade accreditation, quotations, credit arrangements, allocated products and special sourcing may have additional written terms. If additional terms conflict with these general Terms, the more specific terms govern that service or transaction to the extent permitted by law.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not misuse the website, interfere with security or operation, submit unlawful or fraudulent content, scrape the catalogue at scale, impersonate another person or use website material in violation of intellectual-property rights. Website text, design, graphics and BBPH branding are owned by or licensed to BBPH; third-party marks belong to their respective owners.

Privacy

BBPH processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. By submitting another person’s information, you confirm that you are authorized to do so and have given them any notice required by law.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or a right that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, BBPH is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, or for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control. This does not excuse BBPH from supplying conforming goods, exercising reasonable care or providing mandatory consumer remedies.

Changes and severability

We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised date. The Terms in effect when BBPH accepts an order govern that order unless a change is required by law. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without limiting rights to approach the Department of Trade and Industry, National Privacy Commission, another competent regulator or a court with lawful jurisdiction.
