This vinegar undergoes a meticulous 12-year aging process, first in oak barrels for 6 years, followed by another 6 years in barrels of various woods such as chestnut, cherry, and mulberry. The result is a rich, complex flavor profile with a harmonious balance of sweet and acidic notes.
