
Pandorino Limoncello Cream in Case 100g Master Pastry Chefs

Our pandorino is processed for 72 hours in which the two fundamental ingredients that compose it are enhanced: butter and sugar. The latter make the dough richer with a more closed alveolation giving a more meltable structure in the mouth. Once cooled it is filled with a limoncello liqueur cream. It also has one more processing phase than panettone: demoulding. This is an operation done by hand, piece by piece, in which the product is removed from its aluminum mold unlike panettone which remains in its paper mold. The product is packaged in a small case.
