Château Lafite Rothschild is one of the five Premier Grand Cru Classé estates of the 1855 Bordeaux Classification. Located in Pauillac, the estate is renowned for its Cabernet Sauvignon–dominant blend, producing wines of precision, finesse, and remarkable ageing potential.
The 2002 vintage reflects classical Left Bank structure and Lafite’s signature refinement. Known for its aromatic purity and balance, it expresses graphite, cedar, dark fruit, and mineral complexity with elegant restraint.

Château Lafite Rothschild 2002 typically reveals blackcurrant, cedar, graphite, subtle tobacco and mineral undertones. The palate is structured yet graceful, supported by fine tannins and a long, elegant finish.
Serve at 16–18°C. Decant 1–2 hours in advance to allow the wine to open and express its aromatic depth. Suitable for further cellaring under proper storage conditions.
