The Caozelo 66% cocoa dark couverture chocolate has been specially designed for professionals producing large quantities. Its versatility is designed to meet the needs of professionals working with chocolate, including pastry chefs, chocolatiers, caterers and restaurateurs.
Easy to use, its wonderfully chocolatey but not overly sweet taste makes it suitable for use in all kinds of creations.
It reveals indulgent notes ranging from roasted cocoa to spicy, fruity and slightly tangy.
It is particularly well suited to making chocolate bars, ganache, mousses and ice cream.
