DGF Apricot Glaze
The DGF Apricot Glaze contains 9.5% apricot puree and gives a wonderful brilliance to your fruit tarts. It maintains a good consistency, even after freezing. Add up to 30% water or fruit juice. Apply with a brush or spray gun.

Glucose-fructose syrup, water, sugar, apricot puree (9.5%), gelling agent: pectin E440, acid: citric acid E330, preservative: potassium sorbate E202, apricot flavour, colouring agent sunset yellow FCF (Sunset yellow FCF may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children). |
RECOMMENDATIONS | Add 30% sugar or fruit juice to the glaze. Heat until boiling. Glaze using a pastry brush or a pastry spray gun. Be careful not to let the glaze caramelize. |
