Prosciutto di San Daniele D.O.P. by DOK Dall’Ava is one of Italy’s most celebrated dry-cured hams, produced exclusively in the town of San Daniele del Friuli under strict D.O.P. regulations.
Made using only carefully selected Italian pork legs and sea salt, San Daniele prosciutto is cured naturally without additives or preservatives. The region’s unique microclimate — where Alpine air meets Adriatic breezes — plays a crucial role in developing its distinctive sweetness, softness, and aroma.
Tasting Notes
Appearance Deep rosy-pink meat with fine, creamy marbling.
Aroma Clean, delicate, and slightly sweet with gentle cured-meat notes.
