Ernest Soulard whole undeveined duck foie gras is made from a single, ultra-fresh whole liver. It is ideal for frying for the preparation of escalopes. You can also devein it to make your own foie gras terrine. A 100% French and local duck foie gras. Our products are made on our production site based in L'Oie in Vendée.
