Morbier Fermier “Bichonne” AOP is a traditional farmhouse cheese produced in the Jura region of France from raw cow’s milk. It is immediately recognizable by the thin line of vegetable ash running through the center — a hallmark of authentic Morbier.
Made according to AOP specifications, this fermier version is crafted on the farm, offering a more expressive and rustic character compared to dairy-produced Morbier. The cheese is supple and creamy with a fine, melting texture.
