This sweet potato shochu is made using a patented "polished distillation" method, using sweet potatoes from South Satsuma called "Golden Sengan". Using a unique technology that creates convection in the distilled moromi, the unique richness, umami, and aroma of potatoes are finished into a smooth and mellow flavor. You can enjoy the mellow taste of Minami Satsuma's traditional technique with new technique (Arawaza).
