Toppai barley 25% 900ml

It is a masterpiece finished with handmade koji, three-stage preparation, low-temperature fermentation, and normal pressure distillation.
Hand-made malt that inherits Kunisaki's traditional sake-making technology, and moromi making that takes time and effort, such as three-stage preparation (usually two-stage preparation).
Minami Sake Brewery uses a special distiller that can only be found here in Japan, and by dropping a lot of bitterness with a heavy specific gravity, it produces a light and gorgeous taste.
A unique Oita barley shochu with a gorgeous aroma and gentle taste.

Alcohol: 25% / Made from Barley, Barley Koji, Koji Yeast: Shiro (White) Yeast
