Yakiimo Shochu Invitation to Makai 720ml
Sweet potato from Kagoshima Prefecture: "Yakiimo shochu" is made with black rice malt made from Koganesengan. It is usually made by steaming potatoes, but as the name suggests, yakiimo shochu is made using baked sweet potatoes.
We use potatoes that have been baked in the optimum condition so that the skin does not burn, and we grind them while keeping the skin on.
After distillation, when the undiluted whiskey is completed, it is cooled at -5°C for two full days, and the oil is removed by hand.
The resulting shochu has a rich taste and aroma, with few miscellaneous tastes.
