Ungrafted Itata – Guarilihue Old Vine Cinsault — A rare and pure expression of Chile’s ancient viticulture, crafted from 40‑year-old ungrafted Cinsault vines on granite slopes in Guarilihue, Itata Valley.

- Vinification: Wild‑yeast fermentation in stainless steel; aged 6 months in neutral French oak
