The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Tuscany. Here the vines dig their roots deep into soils of sand, limestone, clay and marl. If the perfect physiological maturity is ensured, the grapes for the I Vini del Mare Belvento Sangiovese Tuscany are harvested exclusively manually without the help of coarse and less selective machines. After harvesting, the grapes immediately reach the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully ground. Fermentation is then carried out in large wood at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by ageing for 15 months in large Slavonian wooden barrels. The ageing in the barrel is followed by extensive ageing in the bottle, which makes this red wine even more complex.
