Generally oily and rich, clay soil.
Situation
Located in the lower part of the Côte de Beaune and the Côte de Nuits. Most of the estate's plots are on Fixin, Gevrey-Chambertin and Brochon.
Sun Exposure
East and Southeast.
Grape Variety
Pinot Noir.
Winemaking
Manual harvesting after a strict sorting, the grapes are put in whole bunches in vats in Oak. After fermentation for 18 days, the vat is pressed (pneumatic press) then intoned (barrelling).
Breeding
16 months in oak barrels.
A racking at the time of bottling.
This wine has been filtered.
Tasting and Accompaniment
Tender and fruity (red fruits), with a beautiful color, it goes well with white meats such as veal and poultry.
