Definition: is a new blend in which finest ingredients have been used under the supervision of our Master Blender. Part of this blend contains liquid coming from the Soleras of Alfonso XO Brandy from Williams & Humbert. This special spirit drink expression is very much influenced by its Ageing in American oak seasoned with Sherry wines kept at our Spanish Bodegas in Jerez de la Frontera.
Alcohol content: 28% Alc./vol.
Type of Product: Brandy de Jerez Solera.
Sugar content: 20 g./l.
Production
Selected grape spirits distilled from excellent white wines that would be suitable for direct consumption. Aged in American oak casks under the traditional system of Soleras until it attains the minimum age required of a Brandy de Jerez Solera.
Tasting Notes
Alfonso Platinum is a full golden colour, clear and bright, with hints of fruits, ginger and honey and with a soft and good length grape wine spirit finish.
Suggestions for consumption
Outstanding in mixed drinks, it is also excellent in a snifter or in a glass with abundant ice.
