Imperial Beluga Caviar

This caviar comes from sturgeon « Huso huso ». Beluga caviar is native to Iran and is the most prestigious of caviars because it is the rarest. Its elephant-gray eggs, with their very thin membranes, burst easily in the mouth. It develops very delicate silky buttery flavors, with great length on the palate.

We talk about it on the blog: What is caviar?
