Spheres of approximately 4-5 millimetres in diameter, with liquid hazelnut oil inside, which burst in your mouth when you bite into them. Pale yellow in colour and with an unmistakable praline aroma. The oil used as raw material is obtained from Mediterranean hazelnuts that have been roasted to a certain degree, which provide an unmistakable flavour and aroma.

Storage conditions:
- Keep in a cool, dry place, away from sources of heat, light and strong odors.
- Keep the pearls covered in their own covering oil
- Once opened, it is recommended to keep it refrigerated, avoiding freezing (+2ºC - +26ºC) and consume within a month.
