Vegetable margarine (80% fat) with butter which allows the production of puff pastry and puff pastry, in all working environments, from 10° to 30° C, with the same consistent result.
• Thin plates of 2 x 1 kg to facilitate the embedding of the fat in the tempera; optimal plasticity for ideal lamination without risk of breakage or chipping. 
• Regular development, fine taste, appetizing coloring.
For a better result, ensure that the temperature of the tempera and the temperature of the fat are identical.
The thin plate format ensures that the fat is not "broken".
