DGF Isomalt E953
DGF Service Isomalt is a sweetener. Use primarily in confectionery. It does not color and will not caramelize. It is less sweet than sucrose and more stable.

Description
Isomalt Sugar by DGF is a sugar substitute that can be blended with high-intensity sweeteners to make a mixture with the same sweetness as sugar.

Isomalt Sugar by DGF has a minimal impact on blood sugar levels, nor does it stimulate the release of insulin or promote tooth decay.
Pro-Tip: Melt isomalt slowly, without glucose, without cream and acids, up to 170°C, then use it like regular sugar, colored or not.

APPLICATION |
Sweet artistic decorations (flowers, leaves, ribbons...) Transparent liquid sugar: Add 100 g of cold water to 1 kg of isomalt, heat to 160 ° C and work as with traditional sugar. Glazing sugar: Add 100 g of water to 1 kg of isomalt, cook the sugar directly at 170-180°C. Glaze. Isomalt does not acquire any color at a temperature below 190°C. This sugar can be colored as usual.
