INGREDIENTS
50ml Oriental Pink Gin
50ml Lychee Juice
10ml Simple Syrup (2:1)
2 Raspberries
Citrus Tonic
GLASS: Wine Glass
GARNISH: Lemon Peel, Raspberry
METHOD
1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Shake until well chilled.
3. Strain into wine glass with ice.
4. Top up with citrus tonic.
5. Garnish with a raspberry and a ribbon of lemon peel.
MEKONG BREEZE
INGREDIENTS
50ml Oriental Pink Gin
20ml Lychee Liqueur
15ml Simple Syrup (2:1)
20ml Fresh Lemon Juice
1 drop Rose Water
2 dashes Orange Bitters
GLASS: Rocks Glass
GARNISH: Lemon Peel, Sprig of Mint
METHOD
1. Add all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Shake until well chilled.
3. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice and top with crushed ice.
4. Garnish with a ribbon of lemon peel and a sprig of mint.
RED DRAGON BRAMBLE
INGREDIENTS
50ml Oriental Pink Gin
20ml Fresh Lemon Juice
10ml Simple Syrup (2:1)
1 tbsp Red Dragon Fruit Flesh
10ml Crème De Mure
GLASS: Rocks Glass
GARNISH: Lemon Peel, Blackberry
METHOD
1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Shake until well chilled.
3. Strain into a rocks glass with ice.
4. Top with crushed ice and drizzle over crème de mure.
5. Garnish with a ribbon of lemon peel and a blackberry.
UBE WANTING IT
INGREDIENTS
50ml Oriental Pink Gin
20ml Fresh Lemon Juice
10ml Simple Syrup (2:1)
1 Egg White
2 drops Ube Extract
GLASS: Coupe Glass
GARNISH: Edible Flowers
METHOD
1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
2. Dry shake to foam up the egg white.
3. Add ice and shake until chilled.
4. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
5. Garnish with edible flowers.
