Barrels & Beyond PH began as a passion project. As we enter our fifth year, Private Client Membership recognizes the clients whose continued trust has helped us grow and gives them a more privileged way to experience our service.
Private Client status is earned through qualifying purchases.
Inaugural Private Client qualification.
Private clients whose qualifying purchases reached at least:
from September 1, 2025 through August 31, 2026 automatically qualify for inaugural Private Client status, subject to account verification.
September 22, 2026 – September 21, 2027
No application fee.
No annual membership fee.
Two ways to become a Private Client Member.
01. Qualify through purchases
Complete at least ₱1,000,000 in qualifying private purchases within any consecutive 12-month period.
Once a fully paid transaction brings your account to the qualifying threshold, Private Client status activates 7 calendar days after the qualifying transaction has been confirmed.
02. Fast-Track Private Client Membership
Qualify through a single transaction with at least ₱1,000,000 in regular merchandise value.
Eligible merchandise in the qualifying transaction may receive 10% Fast-Track Preferred Pricing. Full Private Client privileges activate 7 calendar days after the qualifying transaction has been fully paid and confirmed.
Selected fine, collectible, rare, allocated, limited, specially sourced, specially quoted and other exceptional products may receive Private Client Pricing instead of the standard Fast-Track percentage benefit. Eligible purchases may still count toward qualification.

Private Client Preferred Pricing
Preferential pricing of up to 15% on eligible regular-priced merchandise. The applicable benefit may vary according to product, category, quantity, supplier or market conditions, availability and sourcing requirements.
Private Client Pricing
Selected exceptional products receive a specific Private Client Price rather than an automatic percentage reduction.
Priority Order Handling
Private Client inquiries, quotations, sourcing requests and confirmed transactions are placed in the priority service queue.
Accelerated In-Stock Fulfillment
For eligible products physically available in Barrels & Beyond PH stock, we target fulfillment or dispatch within 1–2 business days after confirmed payment.
Priority Private Sourcing
Sourcing requests for hard-to-find bottles, vintages, professional ingredients and specialty products receive priority handling.
Private Client Wish List
We may maintain a private list of products you are seeking and contact you when a suitable sourcing opportunity becomes available.
First Access
Selected new arrivals, incoming shipments, rare bottles, allocations and special sourcing opportunities may be offered to Private Clients before wider public release.
Priority Allocation
When supply is limited, Private Clients may receive priority consideration, subject to available quantity and applicable purchase limits.
Personalized Curation
Private assistance for wine and spirits, gifting, entertaining, cellar sourcing, culinary products and professional ingredients.
Priority Gifting Assistance
Preferential handling for product selection, gift preparation, packaging, messages and recipient coordination where available.
Private Client Updates
Optional communications regarding selected incoming stock, first-access opportunities, allocations and sourcing opportunities.
Discreet Service
Client identities, purchase history, preferences and private sourcing requests are handled with appropriate discretion.
For exceptional bottles, access can matter more than a percentage.
Wines with a regular Barrels & Beyond PH retail price of ₱100,000 or more per bottle do not receive an automatic percentage discount.
Rare, mature, collectible, allocated, limited and specially sourced wines may likewise receive Private Client Pricing instead of a standard percentage reduction.
Eligible purchases may still count toward Private Client qualification and renewal based on the qualifying merchandise amount actually paid.
Priority service without hiding procurement realities.
The minimum Private Client transaction is ₱5,000, excluding delivery and separately stated service or logistics charges.
Supplier minimums may still apply.
Special-order and sourced products may be subject to supplier minimum order values, minimum order quantities, case-pack requirements and lead times.
Where a supplier minimum has not yet been met, Barrels & Beyond PH may consolidate the request with other orders, offer the customer the option to meet the applicable supplier minimum, or fulfill the request once the relevant supplier order can proceed.
Selected lower-cost professional products are sold by case.
Where Barrels & Beyond PH offers a product only by full case, manufacturer pack or professional pack, that pack is the applicable sellable unit. Individual units are not available separately unless expressly stated.
What counts toward Private Client status?
Unless expressly stated otherwise, qualifying spend is based on the VAT-inclusive merchandise amount actually paid after applicable discounts.
The following do not count toward qualification:
- Delivery charges
- Logistics or handling fees
- Service charges
- Gift-card value
- Cancelled transactions
- Refunded or returned merchandise
- Reversed payments
- Chargebacks
Fast-Track exception
For the ₱1,000,000 Fast-Track route only, qualification is measured using the regular merchandise value of the qualifying transaction before the applicable Fast-Track benefit is applied.
12 months from activation.
Private Client Membership remains active for 12 months from activation.
Renew through your purchases.
Complete another ₱1,000,000 in qualifying purchases during the active membership period to qualify for renewal for the following 12 months.
No renewal fee is required.
Clear rules for a better Private Client relationship.
Membership is personal
Private Client Membership is personal and non-transferable. Separate unrelated customer accounts may not ordinarily pool purchases to create or maintain qualification.
Private and commercial purchasing are separate
Commercial purchases should be handled through the Accredited Trade Partner Program.
Pricing does not stack
Private Client pricing may not ordinarily be combined with Trade pricing, promotions, sale pricing, vouchers or other discounts unless expressly stated otherwise.
Not every product receives 15%
The maximum percentage applies only to eligible regular-priced merchandise. Selected products receive a specific Private Client Price.
Quotations remain subject to confirmation
Prices remain subject to quotation validity, stock availability, supplier price movements and sourcing conditions. A quotation alone does not reserve merchandise.
Priority does not guarantee availability
First Access, Priority Allocation and Priority Sourcing provide preferential handling but do not guarantee product availability, allocation or sourcing success.
Good to know.
Is there a membership fee?
No. Private Client Membership is earned through qualifying purchases.
Is the Private Client discount always 15%?
No. Private Clients receive preferential pricing of up to 15% on eligible regular-priced merchandise. Selected products receive Private Client Pricing instead of an automatic percentage reduction.
Why isn't every product discounted by the same percentage?
Products can have very different sourcing structures, availability, supplier requirements and market conditions. The program therefore combines preferential pricing with access, sourcing and service privileges.
Do fine and collectible wines count toward my ₱1,000,000 qualification?
Yes. Eligible purchases may count even when the product receives Private Client Pricing instead of an automatic percentage reduction.
Can I combine Private Client pricing with a sale or promotion?
Not unless Barrels & Beyond PH specifically states otherwise.
Can my family or friend use my membership?
Membership itself is personal and non-transferable. Purchases you personally order and pay through your account may still be intended as gifts.
Does membership guarantee access to every rare or allocated product?
No. Private Client status provides priority consideration and, where practical, earlier access. Extremely limited supply may still require allocations or quantity restrictions.
Does Priority Sourcing guarantee that the product will be found?
No. It guarantees priority handling of the request. Actual sourcing remains dependent on supplier, importer and market availability.
What if the supplier has a minimum order requirement?
Supplier minimum values, minimum quantities and case packs continue to apply to specially sourced merchandise. Barrels & Beyond PH may consolidate the request, offer the option to meet the applicable minimum, or process it when the supplier order can proceed.
Does membership guarantee 1–2 business day delivery?
No. The 1–2 business day target applies to eligible products physically available in stock after confirmed payment. Special-order and sourced merchandise remain subject to supplier and logistics lead times.
Does receiving a quotation reserve the product?
No. Stock is reserved only when the required payment has been received or Barrels & Beyond PH expressly confirms a courtesy hold.
Can I use Private Client Membership for my restaurant or business?
Private Client Membership and Trade are separate programs. Commercial purchasing should be handled through an approved Trade account.
Fair use and account integrity.
Barrels & Beyond PH may review, suspend or withdraw Private Client privileges in cases involving fraud, material misrepresentation, misuse or unauthorized sharing of benefits, abusive chargebacks, unpaid obligations, unlawful activity, harassment or threats connected with transactions, or material breach of program terms.
Program benefits, qualification rules and terms may be updated as the program evolves. Material changes will ordinarily apply prospectively and will not alter the agreed price or terms of a fully paid and confirmed transaction.
Nothing in the Private Client Membership is intended to limit any statutory consumer right or remedy available under applicable Philippine law.
