The Accredited Trade Partner Program is designed around commercial pricing, sourcing support, replenishment, account servicing and purchasing efficiency—not a blanket retail discount.
Trade status is earned through an approved commercial relationship with Barrels & Beyond PH.

Qualified existing Trade customers whose qualifying purchases reached at least:
from September 1, 2025 through August 31, 2026 may automatically qualify for inaugural Accredited Trade Partner status, subject to verification or updating of required business information.

Barrels & Beyond PH first verifies the business and its authorized purchasing representatives.

02. Purchase Qualification
Complete at least ₱1,200,000 in qualifying Trade purchases within a consecutive 12-month period.
We assess the overall commercial relationship. Purchasing may naturally fluctuate because of seasonality, events, menu changes and inventory cycles.
Fast-Track Trade Qualification
An approved Trade applicant may qualify immediately through a single qualifying ₱1,200,000 Trade transaction. Once accreditation is approved and applicable payment requirements are fulfilled, Accredited Trade Pricing may be applied to the qualifying transaction where applicable.

Accredited Trade Pricing
SKU-specific commercial pricing based on product, quantity, order size, supplier conditions, availability, sourcing requirements and transaction economics. There is no universal percentage deduction across all products.
Priority Commercial Quotations
Qualified Trade inquiries, product requests and quotations are placed in the priority commercial queue.
Priority Commercial Sourcing
Priority handling for wines, spirits, professional ingredients, specialty items, formats and other qualified commercial requirements.
Replenishment Support
Where practical, established accounts can receive help coordinating recurring requirements, repeat purchases and future replenishment.
Advance Stock Information
Selected incoming shipments, expected replenishments, new professional products and relevant supplier changes may be communicated in advance.
Pre-Order Access
Selected incoming products may be available for advance order, subject to supplier confirmation, allocation and payment requirements.
Commercial Allocation
Where stock is limited, allocation may consider available supply, account requirements, existing commitments, purchase history and commercial use.
Consolidated Purchasing
Where operationally practical, Barrels & Beyond PH may help consolidate products, categories or supplier requirements into a coordinated commercial order.
Product & Alternative Sourcing
If a requested SKU is unavailable, we may assist in identifying appropriate substitutes, alternate formats or professional equivalents where available.
Commercial Documentation
Trade transactions receive the appropriate sales and VAT documentation applicable to the transaction, together with relevant account records for servicing and repeat ordering.
Priority Account Resolution
Commercial transaction concerns receive priority review and coordination.
Account Purchase History
Relevant account records may be maintained to support qualification, renewal, servicing and efficient reordering.
Professional procurement rules still apply.
Many imported and professional products are subject to supplier minimums, case packs, manufacturer pack sizes or importer allocations.
Where a supplier minimum has not yet been met, Barrels & Beyond PH may:
- consolidate the requirement with other orders;
- offer the Trade Partner the option to add appropriate products from the same supplier;
- recommend products that help complete the applicable supplier minimum; or
- process the requirement when the applicable supplier order can proceed.
Where a product is sold by case, professional pack or manufacturer pack, that pack becomes the applicable sellable unit and the Trade quotation is based on that sellable unit.
Some products require individual commercial pricing.
Wines with a regular Barrels & Beyond PH retail price of ₱100,000 or more per bottle require an individual Trade quotation rather than an automatic percentage reduction.
Individual pricing may also apply to rare wines, mature vintages, collectible bottles, allocated releases, rare spirits, limited products, special imports, specially sourced products, special quotations and selected margin-restricted items.
Eligible purchases may still count toward Trade qualification based on the qualifying merchandise amount actually paid.

Trade vs. VIP
VIP Private Client Membership and Trade Accreditation are separate programs. Pricing does not stack unless Barrels & Beyond PH expressly confirms otherwise.
Qualifying Spend
Qualifying Trade spend generally means the VAT-inclusive merchandise amount actually paid after applicable Trade Pricing.
Excluded from Qualifying Spend
Delivery, logistics, handling or service charges, gift-card value, cancelled purchases, refunds, returns, reversals and chargebacks do not ordinarily count.
Accreditation Term
Trade Partner status is valid for 12 months. Complete at least ₱1,200,000 in qualifying purchases during the active period to be eligible for renewal, subject to verification and good standing.
Payment Terms
Trade Accreditation does not automatically create a credit facility. Unless separate written terms are approved, the relevant quotation or transaction document governs.
Quotation & Reservation
Quotations remain subject to validity, availability and supplier movements. A quotation alone does not reserve stock unless expressly confirmed otherwise.
Priority handling without unrealistic guarantees.
Actual fulfillment may depend on stock, supplier availability, importer inventory, supplier minimums, manufacturer pack requirements, import schedules, allocations, product quantity, special-order requirements, logistics, weather and other operational conditions.
A specific fulfillment or delivery commitment applies only when expressly confirmed for the relevant transaction. Time-sensitive requirements should be placed as far in advance as reasonably possible.

Is there a Trade accreditation fee?
No. Trade Accreditation is based on an approved commercial account and qualifying purchases.
Do Trade customers automatically receive 20% off?
No. Trade is not a universal percentage-discount program. Accredited Trade Pricing is SKU-specific and considers product, quantity, supplier conditions, availability and transaction requirements.
Do I have to purchase ₱100,000 every month?
No. Qualification is based on ₱1,200,000 in qualifying purchases within the relevant 12-month period.
Can a new account qualify immediately?
Yes. An approved applicant making a qualifying ₱1,200,000 Trade transaction may activate Trade status once accreditation is approved and applicable payment requirements are fulfilled.
What if the supplier has a minimum order?
Supplier minimums remain applicable. Barrels & Beyond PH may consolidate the requirement with another order, offer the option to add suitable products from the same supplier, or process the requirement when the applicable supplier minimum can be met.
Why are some products sold only by case?
Certain suppliers and professional product categories operate using case quantities or minimum pack sizes. Where the product is offered by case or pack, that case or pack is the sellable unit.
Can Barrels & Beyond PH simply buy the remaining amount needed to meet the supplier minimum?
Normal replenishment inventory may be added when commercially appropriate, but Trade Accreditation does not require Barrels & Beyond PH to purchase unnecessary inventory solely to complete a supplier minimum.
Can VIP pricing be applied on top of my Trade price?
No. VIP and Trade are separate pricing programs and do not ordinarily stack.
Do premium wines count toward my ₱1.2M qualification?
Eligible premium-product purchases may count toward qualification even when the product requires an individual Trade quotation.
Does Trade Accreditation give my business credit terms?
No. Credit terms require separate approval. Accreditation itself does not create a credit facility.
Does Trade Accreditation guarantee availability or a specific lead time?
No. Trade status provides priority commercial handling and sourcing support. Availability and lead times remain subject to actual stock, supplier/importer conditions and logistics unless a specific commitment is expressly confirmed.
Can two businesses combine purchases to reach ₱1.2M?
Not ordinarily. Trade purchases should be transacted under the accredited entity. Purchases from unrelated businesses may not be pooled simply to create qualification.
Professional privileges require professional account use.
Barrels & Beyond PH may review, suspend or withdraw Trade status in cases involving fraud, material misrepresentation, misuse of Trade pricing, unauthorized sharing of account privileges, unpaid obligations, abusive chargebacks, falsified business information, unlawful conduct, harassment or threats connected with transactions, or material breach of Trade terms.
Trade qualification requirements, pricing structures, benefits or program terms may be revised as commercial conditions evolve. Material changes will ordinarily apply prospectively and will not alter the agreed price or terms of a fully paid and confirmed transaction unless otherwise agreed.
