The Accredited Trade Partner Program is designed for established commercial customers seeking a more structured relationship with Barrels & Beyond PH, with priority account servicing, sourcing support, replenishment coordination and purchasing efficiency.
Accredited Trade Partner status is earned through an approved and established commercial relationship with Barrels & Beyond PH.
Trade Pricing may be available to qualifying commercial purchases based on applicable quantity and minimum-order requirements. Formal accreditation is not required solely to access an applicable Trade Price.

Barrels & Beyond PH first verifies the business and its authorized purchasing representatives.

02. Purchase Qualification
Complete at least ₱1,200,000 in qualifying commercial purchases within a consecutive 12-month period to qualify for Accredited Trade Partner status.
We assess the overall commercial relationship. Purchasing may naturally fluctuate because of seasonality, events, menu changes and inventory cycles.
Fast-Track Trade Accreditation
An approved commercial applicant may qualify immediately for Accredited Trade Partner status through a single qualifying ₱1,200,000 commercial transaction. Applicable Trade Pricing may be applied to eligible merchandise in the qualifying transaction according to the quantity, order value and product-specific requirements of the transaction.

Trade Pricing
Trade Pricing is available to qualifying commercial customers and is calculated independently for eligible products rather than as a fixed percentage discount from retail.
The standard Trade transaction requires a minimum of 4 units of each SKU receiving Trade Pricing, together with a minimum ₱50,000 total merchandise PO, subject to product-specific requirements. Other products may be included to meet the ₱50,000 minimum PO value.
For an order consisting of a single SKU, the applicable MOQ may be higher where necessary to reach the ₱50,000 minimum PO value.
The ₱50,000 minimum is based on merchandise value and excludes delivery, logistics, handling and separately stated service charges.
Formal Trade Accreditation is not required solely to access Trade Pricing when the applicable transaction requirements are met.
Bulk Purchase Pricing
Bulk Purchase Pricing is available to private and commercial customers who meet the applicable volume requirements.
The standard Bulk Purchase transaction requires a minimum of 8 units of each SKU receiving Bulk Purchase Pricing, together with a minimum ₱100,000 total merchandise PO, subject to product-specific requirements. Other products may be included to meet the ₱100,000 minimum PO value.
The ₱100,000 minimum is based on merchandise value and excludes delivery, logistics, handling and separately stated service charges.
For an order consisting of a single SKU, the applicable MOQ may be higher where necessary to reach the ₱100,000 minimum PO value.
Bulk Purchase Pricing is a transaction-based pricing tier and does not require Trade Accreditation.

Priority Commercial Sourcing
Priority handling for wines, spirits, professional ingredients, specialty items, formats and other qualified commercial requirements.
Replenishment Support
Where practical, established accounts can receive help coordinating recurring requirements, repeat purchases and future replenishment.
Advance Stock Information
Selected incoming shipments, expected replenishments, new professional products and other relevant availability updates may be communicated in advance.
Pre-Order Access
Selected incoming products may be available for advance order, subject to availability, allocation and payment requirements.
Commercial Allocation
Where stock is limited, allocation may consider available supply, account requirements, existing commitments, purchase history and commercial use.
Consolidated Purchasing
Where operationally practical, Barrels & Beyond PH may help coordinate products and categories into a more efficient commercial order.
Product & Alternative Sourcing
If a requested SKU is unavailable, we may assist in identifying appropriate substitutes, alternate formats or professional equivalents where available.
Commercial Documentation
Trade transactions receive the appropriate sales and VAT documentation applicable to the transaction, together with relevant account records for servicing and repeat ordering.
Priority Account Resolution
Commercial transaction concerns receive priority review and coordination.
Account Purchase History
Relevant account records may be maintained to support qualification, renewal, servicing and efficient reordering.
Commercial requirements may vary by product.
Selected products may be subject to product-specific minimum quantities, case-pack requirements, availability, allocation and lead times. Applicable requirements will be confirmed before the order is finalized.
Where a product is offered only by full case, manufacturer pack or professional pack, that pack is the applicable sellable unit.
Some products require individual commercial pricing.
Wines with a regular Barrels & Beyond PH retail price of ₱100,000 or more per bottle require an individual Trade quotation rather than an automatic percentage reduction.
Individual pricing may also apply to rare wines, mature vintages, collectible bottles, allocated releases, rare spirits, limited products, special imports, specially sourced products, special quotations and selected margin-restricted items.
Eligible purchases may still count toward Accredited Trade Partner qualification based on the qualifying merchandise amount actually paid.

Separate Pricing Programs
Private Client Membership and Trade Accreditation are separate programs. Private Client discounts do not stack with Trade Pricing or Bulk Purchase Pricing unless expressly stated otherwise.
Qualifying Spend
Qualifying commercial spend generally means the VAT-inclusive merchandise amount actually paid after applicable pricing or discounts.
Excluded from Qualifying Spend
Delivery, logistics, handling or service charges, gift-card value, cancelled purchases, refunds, returns, reversals and chargebacks do not ordinarily count.
Accreditation Term
Accredited Trade Partner status is valid for 12 months. Complete at least ₱1,200,000 in qualifying commercial purchases during the active period to be eligible for renewal, subject to verification and good standing.
Payment Terms
Trade Accreditation does not automatically create a credit facility. Unless separate written terms are approved, the relevant quotation or transaction document governs.
Quotation & Reservation
Quotations remain subject to validity, availability and sourcing conditions. A quotation alone does not reserve stock unless expressly confirmed otherwise.
Priority handling without unrealistic guarantees.
Actual fulfillment may depend on stock availability, allocations, product quantity, special-order requirements, sourcing lead times, logistics, weather and other operational conditions.
A specific fulfillment or delivery commitment applies only when expressly confirmed for the relevant transaction. Time-sensitive requirements should be placed as far in advance as reasonably possible.

Is there a Trade accreditation fee?
No. Trade Accreditation is based on an approved commercial account and qualifying purchases.
Do Trade customers automatically receive 20% off?
No. Trade Pricing is not a universal percentage-discount program. It is SKU-specific and considers product, quantity, order size, availability, sourcing requirements and transaction-specific conditions.
Do I have to meet a monthly purchase requirement to maintain accreditation?
No. Qualification and renewal are based on at least ₱1,200,000 in qualifying commercial purchases within the relevant 12-month period. There is no fixed monthly purchase requirement.
Can a new account qualify immediately?
Yes. An approved commercial applicant may qualify immediately for Accredited Trade Partner status through a single qualifying ₱1,200,000 commercial transaction, subject to applicable verification and payment requirements.
Can Private Client pricing be applied on top of Trade Pricing?
No. Private Client discounts and Trade Pricing are separate pricing arrangements and do not ordinarily stack.
Do premium wines count toward my ₱1.2M qualification?
Eligible premium-product purchases may count toward Accredited Trade Partner qualification even when the product requires an individual Trade quotation.
Does Trade Accreditation give my business credit terms?
No. Credit terms require separate approval. Accreditation itself does not create a credit facility.
Does Trade Accreditation guarantee availability or a specific lead time?
No. Accredited Trade Partner status provides priority commercial handling and sourcing support. Availability and lead times remain subject to actual stock, allocations, sourcing lead times, logistics and other operational conditions unless a specific commitment is expressly confirmed.
Can two businesses combine purchases to reach ₱1.2M?
Purchases counted toward Accredited Trade Partner qualification should be transacted under the applicant or accredited entity. Purchases from unrelated businesses may not be pooled simply to create qualification.
Professional privileges require professional account use.
Barrels & Beyond PH may review, suspend or withdraw Accredited Trade Partner status in cases involving fraud, material misrepresentation, misuse of account privileges, unauthorized sharing of account privileges, unpaid obligations, abusive chargebacks, falsified business information, unlawful conduct, harassment or threats connected with transactions, or material breach of Accredited Trade Partner Program terms.
Accredited Trade Partner qualification requirements, pricing structures, benefits or program terms may be revised as commercial conditions evolve. Material changes will ordinarily apply prospectively and will not alter the agreed price or terms of a fully paid and confirmed transaction unless otherwise agreed.
