Product Description
Sensum Albariño Brut is a traditional-method sparkling wine from Bodegas As Laxas, produced from 100% Albariño in Rías Baixas. It was among the early examples of bottle-fermented sparkling Albariño from the region.
Production & Aging
Secondary fermentation takes place in bottle, followed by approximately 9–12 months of bottle aging. Dosage is approximately 8 g/L.

Appearance
Bright citrus-yellow with green reflections and a fine, persistent bead.
Nose
White flowers, nuts, pastry and biscuit notes.
Palate
Broad and elegant, with fine bubbles, gentle fruit sweetness and a long finish.
