TASTING NOTES

Our 2020 Limited Release Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon begins with aromas of blackberry, cinnamon and cassis. Flavors of ripe fruit, dark jam and savory are followed by velvety tannins and balanced finish.

100% Cabernet Sauvignon

APPELLATION:

35% Atlas Peak, 32% Napa Valley, 18% Yountville, 7% Howell Mountain, 7% Diamond Mountain and 1% Rutherford

AGING:

65% new French oak for 18 months

ALCOHOL: 15.0 | TA: 0.60g/100ml | pH 3.72

WINEMAKER'S NOTES

Our 2020 Limited Release Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is made from a blend of vineyards from across Napa Valley, primarily composed of grapes from vineyards located in the high elevation mountains that surround the valley. These mountain top vineyards are known for creating wines with intense power and concentration. A smaller portion of this wine comes from the valley floor regions of Napa Valley, which help to balance and soften the texture of the complete blend.
