15ml Bols Amaretto
30ml Fresh lemon juice
15ml Sugar syrup
15ml Egg white
Angostura Bitters
How to make an Amaretto Sour
Shake all ingredients to emulsify the cocktail. Add ice and shake again to cool, strain in a rocks glass filled with cubed ice. Add 2 dashes Angostura Bitters and garnish with a lemon twist.
