Cacao Barry Extra Brute is an alkalised high-fat cacao powder with a balanced dark chocolate taste profile and spicy, woody notes.

It delivers vibrant reddish-brown hues and a smooth mouthfeel with lower bitterness and long-lasting aftertaste.

Made from sustainably sourced finest quality West African beans, this extra fine cocoa powder is designed for multi-application professional use.
