Riviera dei Fiori PDO extra virgin olive oil comes from Taggiasca olives in the Liguria region. It has a green-yellow color, a sweet taste with a slight bitter and spicy note and a fruity aroma.
This extra virgin olive oil can be used raw on marinated fish dishes, fresh cheeses, pasta dishes and vegetable soups.
Origin & Character
Produced in Liguria and certified under DOP, this olive oil reflects the delicate character of Taggiasca olives, known for their naturally soft, slightly sweet profile.
