Processing takes place in demi-muids and the terroir further enhances this cuvée, made from grapes grown in 1er Cru villages. The light dosage reveals the depth of this champagne and its underlying qualities of subtlety and potency.

TASTING

Light and shiny gold robe, sublimated by a sumptuous effervescence. Aromas of fresh white flesh fruits and citrus caviar, followed by slightly toasted and candied lemon notes on the nose. Delicate and well balanced palate with a beautiful lingering fragrance.

Assemblage : 80 % Chardonnay – 18 % Pinot Noir – 2 % Pinot Meunier
Dosage : Brut, 6 g/l
