Winemaking
Harvested in conditions that guarantee both powerful structure and ripeness, the Chardonnay bunches are laid down without crushing or destemming. Slow, gentle pressing and slow fermentation in closed tanks give this Brut de Brut all its delicacy.
Dress
Light yellow, shades of green.
Foam
Fine bubbles that rise in regular, persistent strings.
Nose
The subtle bouquet is characterized by notes of plum and white flowers, with a hint of toasted almond.
Mouth
Lively and elegant, Brut de Brut is pleasant and well-balanced.
Gastronomic pairings
