Pinot Noir Château Tour De Goubing Sierre AOC Valais
Traditional vinification, aged in barrels for 18 months
Deep red colour with ruby highlights.
Raspberry on the nose, with hints of toast and vanilla.
On the palate, the tannins are supple but very present, with a raspberry finish.
Serving temperature: 12-17°.
The most versatile of red wines, Pinot Noir is a zestful accompaniment to red meats, poultry and charcuterie dishes.
This pinot noir comes from the famous Tour De Goubing estate, an emblematic feature of the town of Sierre. Its special soil and sunshine give this grape variety its letters of nobility.
Originally from Burgundy, it has found its place in the Mediterranean climate of the Sierre region.
