Official Description
Prosciutto di Parma DOP Zuarina is a traditional Italian dry-cured ham produced in strict accordance with the Prosciutto di Parma DOP regulations. Only select Italian pork legs are used, cured exclusively with sea salt and air-dried naturally in the Parma region.
This boneless addobbo version is aged for a minimum of 18 months and up to 20 months, allowing the ham to develop its signature sweetness, refined aroma, and delicate texture. No additives, preservatives, or nitrates are used — a hallmark of authentic Parma DOP production.

Appearance Soft rose-pink meat with fine white marbling.
