Kayambe® 36% Ivory chocolate contains the least sugar of all the white chocolate produced by the Manufacture CLUIZEL. Its creamy, melting texture envelops the palate with delicate notes of butter cake and vanilla milk, mingled with notes of vanilla custard and ending with a fresh finish and a hint of caramel. This chocolate lends itself to delicious creations that are indulgent yet light.
When combined with red berries or exotic fruit for example, you can make fresh and delicate desserts that aren’t too sweet.
