Gnocchi are a typical dish of the Italian culinary tradition which in different regions can differ in dough, size and shape. De Cecco offers you a tasty product, born from the classic recipe that combines selected potatoes and soft wheat flour. Their peculiarity is to cook in 2 minutes. Their shapes are designed to make them ideal in the preparation of inviting dishes every day: from the recipe with sauce with meat sauce or pesto alla genovese, to the more original and imaginative ones based on creamy cheeses or simpler creams with melted butter, sage and parmesan. The 500 g Line is made up of Potato Gnocchi, Chicche and Tronchetti.
