| RECOMMENDATIONS |
Recipe: With a beater, mix 375-400g custard cream mix with 1 L of cold water or milk on low speed until incorporated. Increase the speed to medium for 3 minutes to get a smooth, light and shiny textured cream. After 10 minutes, you will get consistent cream which can be cooked or frozen. Pro-Tip: Use milk instead of water for a richer pastry cream. |
