| RECOMMENDATIONS |
Glucose syrup melts at 60°C. Heat the syrup to the desired viscosity. Do not heat more than 100°C; the solution will lose moisture. Glucose syrup dissolves in water. Pro-Tip: If you're using a small quantity of glucose syrup, the best way to grab it is with wet hands. Glucose can be very sticky! |
