Fabbri Nevia is a base with stevia, with no added sugar, high dosage and vegan.
The structure is provided by vegetable fibres and maltodextrins, while milk proteins are replaced by potato proteins.
With only natural flavours, it has a neutral and clean taste.
Dosage
With fruit: 1kg product + 1.3L water + 1.55kg blended fruit
With hazelnut, pistachio, or toasted almond paste: 1kg product + 2.5L milk or vegetable drinks + 300g paste
For reduced-sugar gelato with Fabbri Delipaste: 1kg product + 2.5L milk or water + 300g Fabbri Delipaste
