An organic caviar, with a hint of salt and no additives. It has a firm texture and pure sae flavours. The Excellsius collection presents a larger size roe, which helps to enhance the tasting experience.

Product Details

Made through a readaptation of the 'Malossol' process of Russian origin, which consists of adding little salt, approximately 3 to 4%.

It is a production based on the purest Russian tradition, used since the time of the Tsars and applied by our experts with a short maturation to obtain a flavor that is somewhat more powerful than the organic one, while preserving some of its nuances of taste.

The color of this gourmet food is usually pearl gray, but it can be produced with different reflections.
