This Raclette in classic French style from the producer George Buisson has the characteristic aroma and delicious taste that is so typical of the cheese! A semi-hard cheese with an edible rind that becomes wonderfully crunchy when heated. The cheese is heated in special "Raclette irons" and the melted cheese is eaten with potatoes, pickled onions, ham and cornichons.
