IGOR Creme Gorgonzola DOP (Dolce)
IGOR Creme is a raw-paste cheese with Protected Designation of Origin (DOP). It features a rough pink rind (not edible) and a straw-white paste with characteristic blue-green veining.
The texture is soft and creamy, with a pleasant, enticing aroma and a sweet, not overly pronounced taste—an approachable style of Gorgonzola.
