Like our founder’s disputed date of birth, the true origin of the Manhattan cocktail is near impossible to pinpoint. Much more easily found, however, is the sweet spot where the bold, refined Manhattan intersects with the double mellowed smoothness of Gentleman Jack.

1/2 fill a cocktail mixing glass with cubed iceAdd all ingredients and stir for 10 seconds
Strain the liquid into the glass
Add 2 dark cherries on a pick and rest on side of glass, to garnish

What are bitters?
