The Kaskavali
Kaskavali is one of the oldest cheeses on the island of Lemnos. Produced from the whey of Feta, our producer places it in wooden barrels then finishes its maturation in the shade, generally under the trees.
It is a hard, very airy cheese which is distinguished by its strong character but also by its slightly salty notes. It is considered a seasoning cheese par excellence, particularly grated or finely sliced.
It is ideal as a table cheese, grilled on the plancha, grated on pasta, meats or to brown your dishes.

Delivery is available within and beyond Metro Manila. Fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. Pickup is also available from our Pasig location.
