Our Paella Seasoning is elaborated with our Smoked Paprika Powder "La Chinata" and Saffron. It is 100% natural product without any colorant or preservatives. Gluten free.
The box includes 4 saches of 12g. Each sachet can be use for 300g of rice approximately.
How to use for a Paella of 4 servings (approximately):
Add Olive Oil to the paella pan and heat it. If you wish you can add meat, fish, seafood or vegetables at this moment. Add 300g of rice and the content of 1 sachet of “La Chinata” Paella Seasoning. Saute for a few seconds. Add water or broth and check for salt. Boil until the rice is ready. Let the rice rest for 5 minutes and taste.

La Chinata Smoked Paprika Powder, tomato powder, turmeric, parsley, thyme, garlic, salt flower, Ñora pepper, onion and saffron.
