Keep refrigerated between 2–4°C. Minimum shelf life: 6 months.
Serve chilled on blinis or toast points with crème fraîche, fold into canapés, or pair alongside tarama and smoked salmon platters. For drinks: Champagne, a crisp dry white (Chablis-style), or a clean vodka serve beautifully.
