Description
Les Griffons de Pichon Baron is the second wine of Château Pichon Baron. Produced from carefully selected vineyard parcels within the Pauillac appellation, it reflects the estate's distinctive terroir while expressing its own personality through power, freshness and elegance.
The 2016 vintage combines Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot harvested from younger vines and selected gravelly plots. Vinified with the same meticulous attention applied to the Grand Vin, Les Griffons offers impressive structure, refined tannins and remarkable balance.
The exceptional 2016 Bordeaux vintage delivers outstanding concentration, freshness and ageing potential, making this one of the finest releases of Les Griffons to date.

Official Tasting Notes
The wine displays a deep garnet colour with purple highlights. The nose reveals aromas of ripe black fruit, floral notes and subtle spice. On the palate, it is generous, fresh and well-balanced, supported by silky tannins, refined oak integration and a long, elegant finish.
