An original reinterpretation of our classic, medium-textured salami with black truffle flakes. On the nose, splendid notes of seasoning, pepper and truffle. An intriguing taste, with aromas intensifying in the mouth with a full, elegant aromatic profile.
For delicious, festive moments, cut strictly by knife into not too thick slices. Just like other aged and cured meats, it has a full flavour and aromas best appreciated at room temperature. Its rich aroma pairs perfectly with mature and semi-mature cheeses, whose strong flavours and aromas balance the intensity of the truffle.
