Loison Panettone Classico A.D. 1476 is the house’s tribute to the most traditional expression of Italian panettone. Made according to time-honored methods, it features candied orange peel and sultanas folded into a soft, aromatic dough.
Crafted by Loison Pasticceri dal 1938, this panettone is naturally leavened using mother yeast and slowly matured to develop its characteristic lightness, fragrance, and digestibility. The result is a classic, balanced panettone that reflects authentic Italian Christmas tradition.
