Cœur du Berry aux Fleurs is a traditional French mold-ripened goat cheese presented in the iconic heart shape of the Berry region. The cheese is delicately coated with a selection of dried edible flowers, adding both visual elegance and subtle aromatic complexity.
Beneath its bloomy rind, the paste remains soft, creamy, and gently lactic, evolving in texture and depth as the cheese matures.
