PONTHIER Red Fruits Chilled Purée is a vibrant blend of raspberry, strawberry, blackcurrant, and morello cherry, created for professional pastry, gelato, and beverage applications.
Produced in a chilled format and processed in France, PONTHIER chilled purées are formulated with a minimum of 90% fruit and a maximum of 10% beet sugar to deliver consistent texture, stable performance, and reliable flavour intensity.
Fruit origin may vary depending on harvest and sourcing. For full traceability, refer to the origin declaration printed on the pouch/packaging.

Delivery is available within and beyond Metro Manila. Fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. Pickup is also available from our Pasig location.
